Min-Met Projects is a consulting and construction company working in the mineral processing industry by designing and constructing customised modular processing plant solutions from Engineering design to fabrications and erection of structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation. Our main sources of business are in the mining and heavy industrial sectors.
Through the Owner's extensive experience in the mineral processing plants they have diversified Min-Met Project's core business to mineral processing projects for various ore bodies i.e. Lithium bearing Spodumene, Gold, Diamonds, Tantalum, Tin, Chrome and Coal.
Min-Met Projects has conducted various LSTK and Reimbursable EPCM project studies, and has constructed / executed some of these projects.
Min-Met Projects was established in 2005 to serve the mining industry with supplying of modular mineral processing plants, structures, mega tanks, mining equipment and bridges. Min Met Projects originated from Bateman Modular that brought the expertise, technology and know-how into Min Met Projects. Various processing plants has been designed, fabricated and executed by Min Met Projects in the mining field.
Min Met Projects has built healthy relationships with clients through the years and prides ourselves from establishing and securing a strategic partner agreement with the Primero Group Australia. The agreement with Primero is to sell and distribute DMS plants and equipment into Australia and the America's. Primero and Min-Met have worked closely together at the Galaxy Mt Caittlin mine DMS plant upgrade and on the back of this successful project have formalised the working relationship to strengthen Min-Met Projects offering in the Spodumene Lithium Mineral Processing Space.
Primero's Cameron Henry noted: “our distribution agreement with Min-Met allows us to access DMS technology from South Africa and strengthen our proven capability in the Australian market and also pursue new opportunities in America. Primero is excited to be working with the Min-Met team and expanding our capabilities in the DMS market place”
Two Spodumene Lithium projects have been successfully completed in Australia i.e. Tawana Bald Hill and the Pilbara Minerals Pilgangoora project.
A Highly experienced and qualified team in the mining and mineral processing industries is available depending on the specific project. The team can consist in the following disciplines i.e. process engineering, mechanical engineering, civil / structural engineering, electrical engineering, drawing office, construction and project management.
The engineers have extensive experience with mineral processing plant designs especially in the design of modular plants, prospecting plants, bulk sampling plants for Spodumene, Coal, Gold, Diamonds, Chrome, Tin and Tantalum.
